Dubai Taxi Company has upped the number of shares available to retail investors in its IPO, but not the offering itself. We’re seeing a steady rise in the % offered to ordinary punters in local IPOs, says Sameer Lakhani of Global Capital Partners. Dubai Taxi is now at 12%; for contrast, Salik was < 8%.
